International Student Organization

The International Student Organization (ISO) gives those interested the opportunity to get to know students from all over the world. It offers a network of support for students who are far from home, family, and familiar surroundings. All Geneva students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join and be a part of this community.

Some notable events that ISO participants like to take part in include:

• Fall Semester Kick-Off Picnic
• The Halloween Party
• A Christmas Dinner
• International Potluck, with international dishes made by the students

We are always looking for exciting ideas for activities and events, so if students would like to do something new, please let us know!

The ISO is supported by Geneva’s International Student Services staff as representatives of the college, but even more they are friends and “family” who are there to encourage and care for the students. Stopping in to chat and grab a piece of candy is all part of the life of an ISO student at Geneva College!
